I’m always impressed with how many beautiful used vehicles they have for sale on there lot.. And they offer, hands down the best extended warranty on the market for used vehicles, 5 years, unlimited miles.

I bought a used car for my oldest kid and it was the easiest, happiest purchase I've ever made. The salesman I worked with researched the cars for the best value on the lot, I dropped off the check and I was driving the car to my kid in Rochester the next day. The car came ready for another 100k miles.

Two months after purchasing the car and now out of warranty and 600 miles away in the hands of my oldest, something came up with the car and my kid had it repaired. I approached the service team at Norm's, with no expectations. They considered the issue and provided a very satisfactory resolution and I'm very happy with where things turned out. I'll be looking to them for regular maintenance and future vehicles!

While passing through town, we got in a car accident at the intersection nearby, and the wonderful folks let us stay at there office, while we trying to book a rental car. They helped us getting through to local car rental places and taxi services.
When find out the taxi service will not take us to the car rental place in time (on a Friday afternoon), a warmhearted gentleman there offered to drive us to the car rental place in the next town.

Anyone who thinks "The Dealer" is the best place to service a problem with their car has not heard of NORM'S in Wiscasset! These guys are fantastic. Imagine- a real head scratcher issue with your cherished ride... you take it to Norm's and the guys check it out, figure out the problem then schedule a repair (When YOU are available) so that the parts will be on hand. You show up for your appointment and they actually come right out and don't ignore you or act like you are bothering them! Then.. ready for this, they HAVE the parts... fix the car, on time, and for the rough estimate. Thats it! Didn't even steel stuff from your glove box! Seriously, one of the best automotive repair experiences I've had. KUDOS!
I want to express my great joy with experience at Norm's Used Cars. Carmine went above and beyond to make the transaction go smoothly. The whole time he was pleasant and patient. I live in South Carolina, so this was an out of state sale. He also worked with my son for the test drive and the pick up of the vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership.

I've bought two cars from these guys and for the past couple of years only bring my car to them for work and inspections. Where other shops in the area have tried to take advantage, telling me I need tons of expensive repairs, Norm's tells me straight, and doesn't try to upsell me on unnecessary things.

Norms cars was like a breath of fresh air when compared to most dealerships. Pick a car, drive it, fall in love with it and drive off in less than 15 minutes! Absolutely no pressure or sales tactics; YOU decide what you want and the prices there are considerably less to the high pressure steal your money dealerships! Ask for Thom or Chris because they will make it happen and in less than 15 minutes! I can see why they are a 5 star dealership!
I dealt with Matt, he was easy to work with, more a person than a car salesman. They were willing to work with me, it was a very stress free situation, especially when dealing with a big purchase. Norm's has treated me incredibly well, from my initial purchase of an '07 Forester 4 years ago, to my upgrade to a '16 Forester just this week. Sales staff worked hard to get me the best financing and get me into my new (to me) car as quick as possible. The service staff for the past 4 years has been fantastic, giving me honest repairs and being upfront about expenses and labor costs. That's why I keep making that drive to Wiscasset from Portland.
